Mr
Mukoso worked with security services in the 1990s with Mobutu’s regime. Unfortunately, he had many problems at that
time and was obliged to flee from Dem. Rep. of Congo to UK in 1997.
After 12 years in the UK, Mr Mukoso decided to go back to his country
in April 2009 as a response to Kabila call towards all congolese who are abroad to come back and participated to rebuild the
country. But in Kinshasa, he was arrested and tortured within the security services in the Capital of the DR Congo –
Kinsahsa and kept in detention centre in Kinshasa. In the document accusing Mr Mukoso it was writen that Mr. Mukoso that he
was involved in demonstration against Kabila Government in London in January 2009 and he was part of resistant movement
called ‘the combatants’. Since then Mr Mukoso is missing.
The
security services still going to Mukoso’s family to search and arrested innocent people, as his brother Honore.
We condemned this attitude – as the Universal Declaration of Human Rights stated in Article 3 that everyone
has the right to life, and in Article 5 that No one shall be subjected to torture or to cruel, inhuman or degrading treatment
or punishment.
The Human Rights organisation such as Voix des Sans Voix, ADSAD, l'AZADHO
and Political Parties in the Opposition such as MLC, ADDC, UDPS condamned this attitude and want to know the place they put
his body if killed.
If you go any
